I was born in Cape Town, South Africa and although England is my home, Africa will always have a special place in my heart.

I graduated from University with a post graduate degree in Marketing Management, but have always been a story teller. While working in London in my early twenties, I did a romance writing course through Barnes and Nobel which set me on the path to writing category romance. A corporate career in Web Development followed, during which I completed a diploma through the London School of Journalism (Online Journalism) and a Web Copywriting certification through AWAI (American Writers & Artists Inc.).

Resigning to freelance full time as a web copywriter enabled me to focus more fully on my writing. I have now completed three full novels and have two which are WIP. I am a member of the Romance Novelists Association’s New Writers Scheme which I’m finding inspiring and motivating.

I also run a blog for fellow romance writers called MarketingForRomanceWriters.com. It covers subjects such as SEO, social networking, self-publishing and webPR. All for romance writers, of course!
